Restore original(default) VLC skin and config on Ubuntu

If you already have a new skin for your vlc player, but you want to change to its default skin, since many user handy options are not feasible or you mess up the options, then we can start restoring the player to its default one by typing the command in your terminal

vlc --reset-config
