Enabling BITS Service in windows operating system

BITS service must be enabled before you start the installation process.Enable the BITS service and run the setup again

Click Start> Run> Services.msc, double click BITS and set it to Automatic, then Start, then Apply.

    its not works, pc system says 'access is denied',
